Simply set your desired work area and receive notifications when shifts are posted in your area. You can then make a counteroffer (available for rate & time) or accept shifts that align with your preferences. Once you complete your shift and provide your rating and review of the office, you will receive payment via direct deposit within 2-3 business days.

How Does it Work?

To post your open shifts, simply provide the hours, rate, and specific details. We will provide you with proprietary market data to help ensure that your shift is priced competitively. The platform will then notify relevant users in the area who can choose to accept or counter your shift offer. You can review up to three applications at once and either decline or accept a provider. Once the confirmation is made, you can communicate any additional details with the professional before their arrival. Before the shift begins, we hold the provider pay and our fee until you confirm the hours worked. After the shift concludes, you can confirm the hours and rate, provide a review for the professional, and we will process the payment.
